- Main room: 17 people in a premium setup or approximately 45 with an adapted layout; projector, 120-inch screen, Apple TV, HDMI, sound system and 2 microphones
- Second room: 17 people with a 65-inch smart TV; mobile 55-inch smart TV for a third workspace
- Mobile whiteboard for notes and workshops
- 700 Mbps fiber internet and Wi-Fi throughout the building and grounds
- 8 full bathrooms and 2 common washrooms, for a total of 10 toilets and 9 showers

How many people can you host for a team-building event?
The estate comfortably accommodates approximately 50 people indoors based on double occupancy of its 25 installed sleeping spaces, and up to 250 outdoors. For a premium corporate experience, we recommend 17 colleagues in individual occupancy.
Do you offer organized activities or just the facilities?
The estate offers a pool, spa, sports, and a games room on a self-serve basis. We can also connect you with local partners for guided activities or facilitated team building.
What's the minimum stay for a team-building event?
Our standard policy is a two-night minimum stay, which allows time for activities, meals, and accommodation without rushing the schedule.
Can we combine team building with work meetings?
Yes. The equipped conference rooms make it easy to switch between work sessions and recreational activities within the same day.
