Yes. Château Venise is rented as a private estate. Your organization has exclusive access to the property during your reservation.

The estate comfortably accommodates approximately 50 people indoors based on double occupancy of its 25 installed sleeping spaces, and up to 250 people outdoors. Slightly larger groups are evaluated case by case.

Château Venise has 17 bedrooms. For a premium corporate experience, we recommend 17 colleagues in individual occupancy. The estate includes 17 permanent beds and 8 sofa beds, for 25 installed sleeping spaces. Extra floor mattresses may be available on request for certain groups.

Yes. The main cinema-conference room comfortably accommodates 17 people in a premium corporate setup, or approximately 45 with an adapted layout. It includes a projector, 120-inch screen, Apple TV, HDMI connections, a high-end sound system and two microphones. A second room accommodates 17 people with a 65-inch smart TV. A mobile 55-inch smart TV can create a third workspace, and a mobile whiteboard is available for notes, training sessions and workshops.

Yes. Château Venise has 700 Mbps fiber internet with Wi-Fi available indoors and outdoors.

Château Venise does not provide food directly. We work with trusted local catering partners and can help coordinate options based on your menu and service requirements.

Yes. Château Venise has a fully equipped indoor kitchen as well as an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven.

The estate includes numerous recreational options such as tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, soccer, swimming, spa, billiards, cinema, karaoke and waterfront activities.

Our heated outdoor pool is typically open from early June through the end of September. Since it's open to the elements, its temperature still follows the weather: on warm days the water is wonderfully comfortable, but on cooler evenings — especially early or late in the season — it can stay cold despite the heating. Bring your swimsuits and towels, and warm up by the outdoor fireplace between dips!

Our standard policy is a two-night minimum stay. For certain corporate events, a one-night reservation may be possible on weekdays only, depending on availability and event requirements.

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Yes. More than 50 hotel rooms are available within one kilometre of the estate, including La Cache du Lac Champlain and Le Rosay Hôtel Boutique, for groups that need additional rooms.

Yes. You're welcome to bring your own suppliers, or we can connect you with our trusted partners for catering, audiovisual, decor or entertainment.

Château Venise is about a one-hour drive from Montreal-Trudeau Airport (Canada), as well as from Burlington Airport (Vermont) and Plattsburgh Airport (New York) in the United States. Visitors coming from the U.S. should plan for extra time at the border crossing, which varies depending on traffic. We regularly welcome groups from Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine and Pennsylvania.

The estate has 8 full bathrooms in the accommodation areas and 2 common washrooms. One common washroom includes a shower; the other includes a washer and dryer. That is 10 toilets and 9 showers in total.

Guest-accessible storage contains extra bedding, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, microfiber cloths and cleaning supplies. Bedding is provided for the two extra Queen floor mattresses; the two single children’s floor mattresses do not have dedicated bedding.

Outdoor quiet time begins at 11 PM. Activities may continue indoors while respecting the neighbourhood and indoor capacity. Outdoor speakers require written authorization, and no subwoofer is permitted.
