The main cinema-conference room includes a projector, 120-inch screen, Apple TV, HDMI connections, a high-end sound system and two microphones. It comfortably accommodates 17 people in a premium corporate setup, or approximately 45 with an adapted seating layout. A second room accommodates 17 people with a 65-inch smart TV. A mobile 55-inch smart TV can create a third workspace, while a mobile whiteboard supports notes and workshops. The final layout is confirmed for your group.

Keep Your Team Together
For a premium corporate experience, we recommend up to 17 colleagues in individual occupancy—one person in each of the 17 bedrooms. The estate has 25 installed sleeping spaces and can accommodate approximately 50 people in double occupancy. Special requirements and slightly larger groups are evaluated case by case. More than 50 hotel rooms are also available nearby.

In November 2025, Garderie Les Petits Anges de Wesley brought 16 educators to Château Venise for a conference focused on language development and educational practices. The team used the cinema-conference room, projector and 120-inch screen for PowerPoint presentations, then enjoyed the common areas, equipped kitchen, hot tub, billiards and karaoke to share meals, relax and strengthen relationships.

Is Château Venise completely private?
Yes. Château Venise is rented as a private estate. Your organization has exclusive access to the property during your reservation.
How many people can Château Venise accommodate?
The estate comfortably accommodates approximately 50 people indoors based on double occupancy of its 25 installed sleeping spaces, and up to 250 people outdoors. Slightly larger groups are evaluated case by case.
How many bedrooms are available?
Château Venise has 17 bedrooms. For a premium corporate experience, we recommend 17 colleagues in individual occupancy. The estate includes 17 permanent beds and 8 sofa beds, for 25 installed sleeping spaces. Extra floor mattresses may be available on request for certain groups.

Château Venise does not provide food directly. We work with trusted local catering partners and can help coordinate options based on your menu and service requirements.
Can we prepare our own food?
Yes. Château Venise has a fully equipped indoor kitchen as well as an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven.
Do you offer team-building activities?
The estate includes numerous recreational options such as tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, soccer, swimming, spa, billiards, cinema, karaoke and waterfront activities.
Is the pool open during our stay?
Our heated outdoor pool is typically open from early June through the end of September. Since it's open to the elements, its temperature still follows the weather: on warm days the water is wonderfully comfortable, but on cooler evenings — especially early or late in the season — it can stay cold despite the heating. Bring your swimsuits and towels, and warm up by the outdoor fireplace between dips!
Is there a minimum stay?
Our standard policy is a two-night minimum stay. For certain corporate events, a one-night reservation may be possible on weekdays only, depending on availability and event requirements.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Are additional accommodations available nearby?
Yes. More than 50 hotel rooms are available within one kilometre of the estate, including La Cache du Lac Champlain and Le Rosay Hôtel Boutique, for groups that need additional rooms.
Can we use our own suppliers (catering, audiovisual, entertainment)?
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own suppliers, or we can connect you with our trusted partners for catering, audiovisual, decor or entertainment.
How far are you from the Montreal, Burlington and Plattsburgh airports?
Château Venise is about a one-hour drive from Montreal-Trudeau Airport (Canada), as well as from Burlington Airport (Vermont) and Plattsburgh Airport (New York) in the United States. Visitors coming from the U.S. should plan for extra time at the border crossing, which varies depending on traffic. We regularly welcome groups from Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine and Pennsylvania.
